Tel est le titre d'une libre opinion parue dans le Telegraph-Journal de Moncton hier http://telegraphjournal.canadaeast.... , sous la plume de l'une des personnalités d'affaires les plus influentes des provinces atlantiques.

À noter tout particulièrement le paragraphe suivant : « In his zeal to conclude the sale, the premier seems to be politically irrational and like a man possessed, and this leads me to somehow suspect that somewhere there is an "eminence grise" behind the whole scene with its own agenda, even though it may lead to the downfall of the present administration. »

D'autant plus intéressant que, quelques lignes plus haut, Me Cohen raconte comment il avait dû renoncer à acheter le Crédit Foncier suite à l'adoption précipitée au Québec d'un projet de loi l'en empêchant : « It seemed all right for a Quebec-incorporated company to have its ownership for almost 100 years in France, but the ownership transferred to a sister province in Canada was not acceptable to them. The company was eventually sold to a Quebec-based institution and ended up in the Desmarais family. »
